For those who know Tyler, he's never been one to sit still. Growing up, real estate was always the premier dinner table conversation; tough negotiations, families relocating to Seattle and trying to find the right neighborhood, surprises on title and the joys for helping people achieve independence through home ownership so naturally his first job was in that realm. After school he would help on construction sites filling in where he could. After college Tyler jumped right back into real estate, mentoring under Scott Anderson (his Dad).

He has been Real Estate Broker for Windermere Real Estate Company for the past 10 years, helping many home owners buy and sell real estate with ease. He is also heavily dedicated to sourcing development sites or "flips" to The Anderson Team's builder-investor clients.

He grew up in North Seattle right down the street from UW. Through middle and high school, he played the trumpet, participated in cub scouts, boy scouts, baseball, basketball, soccer, skiattle and student government. Outside of work, you can find Tyler hiking or skiing in the cascades or boating in the San Juan’s.
